      Contribution of Active Sports Participation to Health in Daily Life



      A strong body will bring a strong spiritual balance because sports increase our self-confidence. The more
      you strengthen your body form, the more you develop yourself physically, the longer your stress will take.
      Because the brain will secrete hormones, that produce inner happiness as a reward for the sport. So, your
      mood will rise.
      Studies have shown that some types of sports are ideal for increasing the capacity of the brain in the long
      run. In other words, by doing sports, you can not only look good, but also think well and develop more
      comprehensive perspectives, approach problems from different aspects, produce fast and accurate
      solutions, and communicate correctly. In other words, doing sports can also guide spiritual maturation.
