What is immune system?

Using antibiotics to treat viral infections or the inappropriate medication to treat a bacterial illness might
cause bacteria to become resistant to the antibiotic, making it less effective in the future. It is critical to
take antibiotics as directed and for the appropriate length of time. If medications are stopped too soon,
bacteria may develop antibiotic resistance. The infection may then resurface and become more difficult to
treat.
