      Options offered by the company



      Similarly, companies are also working on other options such as the "Gympass" application through which
      you can access any of the gyms that are members of the platform. This type of service makes it easier to go
      to a sports centre as you do not have to be signed up to a specific one but can go to anyone that is close to
      you at that moment, facilitating the organisation and conciliation of the employee's free time, even when
      travelling or being away from home.
      Sometimes companies make agreements with gyms to offer a more competitive price to employees, and it
      is also encouraged in the office itself, as many companies have recreational areas for the rest and leisure of
      employees.
      It is also common to organise healthy breakfasts, canteen service with suitable options or participation in
      sporting events such as football matches, charity races, excursions to the mountains... organised by the
      company and which employees and their families can attend.
      In conclusion, we see that companies are becoming more and more involved in employee wellbeing and
      are focusing on creating a healthy work culture that promotes the emotional and physical health of their
      employees by reducing stress, facilitating work-life balance, and showing a genuine interest in the
      employee.
