Examination of Adults' Leisure Constraints, Social
        Inclusion and Life Satisfaction: Perspectives from
                 Five European Countries





      Abstract

      Especially with the COVID-19 process we left behind, it has been understood once again how important
      the relationship between participation in physical activity and health is. From this point of view, the
      study's primary objective is to investigate people's leisure behaviors, and its secondary aims are to
      examine individuals’ leisure constraints, social inclusion, and levels of life satisfaction across various
      nations. The study group for the research consisted of 2259 adults (18 and older) from five different
 Headings  European nations: Greece, Poland, Romania, Spain, and Turkey. The "Leisure Constraints Questionnaire,"
      the "Social Inclusion Scale," and the "Life Satisfaction Scale" were employed in addition to survey
      questions provided to assess participants' leisure behavior. The data were analyzed using the SPSS 16.0
 * Daily Life and Sports  analysis program. In the analysis of the data, in addition to the basic descriptive (frequency, percentage)
      analyses, Cronbach's alpha internal consistency coefficient was calculated to test the reliability level of
      the scales. Analysis revealed that individuals preferred to spend leisure time with active participation and
 * Ac ve and P assive Sports Par cipa on  often with their friends. About half of the population has been found to occasionally engage in the
      numerous recreational activities (physical, artistic, outdoor, etc.) on offer. Also, it was determined that

      countries, and that Turkish participants' constraints to leisure were more significant. It can be stated that
      the results obtained from this study will shed light on the studies to be carried out to reduce the factors
