Introduction
People's daily life and related habits are constantly changing according to the developing technology and
the conditions of that day. The daily habits, needs and living standards of people who lived 100 years ago
and the daily life of today's people are very different. Twenty-first century technology has made our lives
easier, minimized the use of physical force, and replaced human power by machines, robots, and advanced
mechanical tools in daily life. Human movement is restricted. Negative changes in eating habits also affect
our health negatively. One of the most important changes that can be made to get rid of these negativities
is to regulate the time we spend at home and our health. Sports we will do at home removes all the
negativities of daily life and also makes us happier individuals. Today 's pandemic conditions also increase
the importance of sports at home. Activities defined as sports at home refer to the movements that are
made with simple materials and things at home or on the ground. While doing sports at home is quite
simple, there are some points to be considered and doing them is very important both for the efficiency of
sports and for our health and safety.
