Sport Theraphy
Our days are full of challenges, stress and issues. Daily routine tends to affect happines, physical shape or
even to trigger numerous psychological issues. This is why we should keep ourselves away by doing sports
therapy.
Gymnastics
No, we don`t talk about that kind of performance, just some basic exercises like stretching. Some people
start their days by actively doing it, and that is great! There are numerous benefits for this kind of sports
therapy but some of the most important are building the base of core strength, improving mobility or even
fixing the posture.
Swimming
Swimming is by far one of the most effective for both body and mind. In fact, it is so amazing that the pool
is the place where most of the injured people are doing their exercises in their first stages of recovery.
Therapy through swimming or aquatic therapy is helping with our locomotor system, respiratory system or
heart.
Dancing
This one is even more interesting. Fact, it is a combo of art and therapy that helps to express our true
selves. That plays an active role against many diseases and psychological complexes. Also, the various
types of moves are also improving body health.
