      Healthy lifestyle

A healthy lifestyle is about having a healthy diet, active lifestyle and caring for your mental wellbeing. Being
healthy or leading a healthy lifestyle is more than just keeping yourself from falling sick. The World Health
Organization (WHO) defines "health" as complete physical, mental and social well-being, rather than simply
the absence of disease or illness.
Good nutrition, daily exercise and adequate sleep are the foundations of healthy living. A healthy lifestyle
keeps you fit, energetic and at reduced risk for disease. Healthy living is a way of living that helps you enjoy
more aspects of your life. It is a way of living that lowers the risk of being seriously ill or dying early.
When you adopt a healthy lifestyle, you provide a more positive role model for other people in your family,
particularly children. You will also create a better environment for them to grow up in. By helping them to
follow a healthier lifestyle, you will be contributing to their wellbeing and enjoyment of life now and in the
      future.
A healthy lifestyle is mostly associated with:
      - Good diet
      - Physical activity
      - Good sleeping pattern
      - Personal hygiene
      - No bad habits or addiction
      - Health education
      - Safe environment
      - Physical fitness
      - Emotions
      - Active social life
      Good diet
Good nutrition is about eating right. The food you eat provides the important nutrients needed by your
body. Eating a well-balanced and healthy diet will result in:
      - a stronger immune system to fight diseases
      - reduced likelihood of falling sick
      - better physical health
