      Although there are factors that hinder participation in physical activity, there are also motivating factors.
      Participation in physical activity has positive contributions to social interactions, making new friendships,
      self-discovery, getting away from stress, and reducing the perception of loneliness (Masanovic, 2019). In
      addition, the complete well-being of individuals in terms of physical health facilitates participation in
      activities and increases the behavior of being included in a social group (Wilson & Secker, 2015). In addition,
      the increase in the level of cooperation and sharing, which increases as a result of the individual's
      participation in physical activities, also positively affects social inclusion (Litwiller et al., 2017). In the light of
      this information, these benefits that physical activities add to the lives of individuals are accepted as factors
      that maintain and motivate participation in physical activity.
